Everything you need to know about visiting the GRuB Farm.
Parking:
Parking at GRuB is limited and our aim is to minimize the impact on our neighborhood. When visiting us, please first consider:
- Bus – GRuB is right on the Intercity Transit bus line – Route 41 stops just across on Division
- Walk - It’s a lovely walk up West Bay from downtown when the weather cooperates! (45 minutes-1 hour)
- Bike – our bike rack has plenty of spots available
- Carpool!
For those driving to GRuB, please park:
- In the gravel lot to the east of our house on Elliott Ave.
- On the east side only of Bing Ct. directly alongside the GRuB Farmhouse – please do not park past the edge of GRuB’s property and please keep the gutters clear to allow proper drainage. Available parking is marked by signs and traffic cones.
- Across Division on 20th Ave. – there is plenty of street parking available within easy walking distance.
- ADA PARKING – please use the parking pad on the south side of the GRuB Farmhouse (1-2 spots)

Companion Animals:
When coming to a public GRuB event, please leave your companion animal at home. If you are coming to a private event and would like to request to bring your companion animal, please review and sign our Companion Animal Waiver form and submit to your GRuB contact. Service animals are welcome on site. Please let your GRuB contact know or email info@goodgrub.org if you will be bringing an animal on-site.
Drug-free environment:
GRuB is committed to fostering the well-being, health, and safety of our community, and maintains a campus environment that is free from alcohol, tobacco/nicotine, marijuana, and illegal drugs, including prescription drugs not being used for prescribed purposes. Infrequently, we hold 21+ events that include alcohol (in compliance with a special events liquor license). These events are always advertised as such.
Violence:
GRuB seeks to be welcoming and open to the community and is committed to providing as safe and violence-free an environment as possible. Violent behavior impacts the health and wellbeing of our community, and will be taken seriously and addressed.

Please do not wear clothing with imagery or language that references violence, weapons, drugs, alcohol, or stereotypes. If you’ll be spending time on the farm, please wear clothing suitable for the weather conditions and the reason for your visit.
