You might be familiar with the outdoor clothing company Patagonia and their commitment to environmental and social responsibility in the products they manufacture. But did you know they do much more?

For one, Patagonia pledges at least one percent of their sales or ten percent of their pre-tax profits (which ever is greater) to environmental groups. They specifically focus on groups that identify the root causes of problems and approach issues with a commitment to long-term change. They believe that the most direct path to real change is through grassroots momentum, so their funding focuses on organizations that create a strong base of citizen support.

GRuB is fortunate to be a Patagonia grant recipient. They value how we approach our work and recognizes the support we receive from our community. But they don't stop there!

From now through December 31st, Patagonia will match all donations made to GRuB via their Patagonia Action Works platform. You can even specify your donation as a gift to a loved one and send them an eCard or print your own.
