We're grateful for our partnership with the Disabled Veterans National Foundation (DVNF). This organization provides critically needed support to disabled and at-risk veterans who leave the military wounded—physically or psychologically—after defending our safety and our freedom. This year marks our second year receiving granting funding from them in support of our work with veterans and the Victory Farm.
Besides providing grant support to other organizations to spread the impact of their mission, DVNF has programs focused on suicide prevention, mental and physical wellness, and housing and homelessness.
Check out their website for more information. They have a newsletter, volunteer opportunities, great videos, and lots of resources including links to the Veterans Crisis Line (free, confidential support, 24/7/365; phone: 1-800-273-8255; text: 838255).
