- This summer, GRuB will hire 20 high school sophomores and juniors to work on our Youth Crew. Members of this crew get to participate in a number of different agriculturally-focused educational and skill-building activities throughout the summer. Youth Crew members work about 25 hours per week Tuesday through Friday, from 9 am - 3:30 pm and earn a $190 per week stipend.
