Like a bee carrying pollen, GRuB is bringing innovative tools to educators, schools, and community organizations that are excited to engage youth in community-based learning. We call this work Pollination!

There are two exciting upcoming trainings coming up, and registration is now open for both of them!

Saturday April 14th, $150/Person: Group Development 101 – GRuB Style

Clock Hours Available for teachers attending this training.

Participants will learn about:

  • Accountability Strategies & Setting Shared Standards
  • Games and Teambuilding Activities
  • Communication styles that promote equality, respect, and success with young people

May 16th-18th, $425/person: The GRuB Institute

This 3 day institute is a relationship-richhands-on experience offering proven youth engagement tools, established program design methods, strategies for strong partnerships, and a detailed program manual covering both GRuB’s Cultivating Youth Employment Program and GRuB School model.

Participants will experience the culture and environment that makes the GRuB model successful, and leave with:

  • Tangible program design tools
  • Relevant models of communication
  • Powerful theories for youth engagement
